Shipping policy

At Caliber Dynamics, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly. This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, and shipment issues.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

2. Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery time is 8 to 21 business days from the date of dispatch. This estimate applies to standard shipping within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The final cost may depend on your shipping address and the shipping option selected.

Any free shipping promotion will be applied automatically when available.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at assistance@thecaliberdynamics.com.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

7. Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, but delays may occur.

Delays may be caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, high-demand periods, or other factors outside our control.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Caliber Dynamics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at assistance@thecaliberdynamics.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Taxes and Duties

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout when required.

The customer is responsible for any additional duties, customs fees, or related charges, unless otherwise stated.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
