At Caliber Dynamics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition.
- Free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Returned with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and protective materials included.
- Free from resizing, alterations, or third-party adjustments.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Personalized, engraved, or custom items.
- Gift cards.
- Items without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at assistance@thecaliberdynamics.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item you would like to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, when applicable.
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send any item back before receiving approval from our team.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected within 3 to 5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times may vary.

8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another model or variant, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return eligibility requirements listed in this policy.
If the replacement item has a different price, we will inform you before completing the exchange.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at assistance@thecaliberdynamics.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process described in this policy.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Caliber Dynamics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.
12. Shipping & Delivery
Our estimated delivery time is 8 to 21 business days from the date of dispatch.
The return window begins on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information, not on the order date.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
